Elaine Low - The Women in Singapore has put her government to shame with her donation

A women in Singapore has put her government to shame with her donation which is double as her governments donation towards Japanese crisis. She donated 1 million Singaporean dollars ($780,000) to Japan's ambassador, Yoichi Suzuki, on Wednesday. She is a member of family runs an Indonesia-based coal mining business that imports equipment from Japan and also supplies coal to Japanese power plants, said she wanted to do her bit to help out the Japanese affected by the disaster. It is more than double to what her government donates towards Japanese crisis. I heard that Sri Lanka also donate 1 million USDs which can be considered as a considerable amount of money comparing to world giants gave at this movement.

I think everyone in world must give their maximum towards Japan as they are very friendly nation towards many of countries in the world.
