Our neighbor India faces very huge health and financial issue with bird flu disease spreading.Officials say more than 2.5 million birds would be culled. This will be a heavy damage. One farmer has commit suicide because of heavy looses due to bird flu.

Most of the West has turned a blind eye to this.. The WHO has been screaming for 2 years about the dangers of the strain evolving and spreading. I was in Hong Kong and China in 07 and every International airport had Thermal vision scans to check for infection in the lungs! Thats how serious it is!!
Now that it has reached India which is a major hub that connects East and West, it's only a matter of time before it spreads to Europe and North America.
